Building goblin and milling decks - help appreciated!

Hello, I've been playing with this goblin deck for a while, but I still feel that it needs some little improvements. It's for casual play, and the idea is to kill your opponent, as fast as possible.

I've also wanted to build a milling deck, I've never played one, but I made a sketch, and I'd like to hear some criticism and suggestions regarding the deck.

Both decks are made for casual play, but feel free to suggest some more expensive cards, if you feel like my deck could use one. All help, tips and criticism are more than welcome.

You should run 4 Lackeys in the goblin deck, maybe another Instigator or two as well. I would drop the Goblin King and the Brightstone Rituals to make room. If you really want to change things, add some Goblin Ringleaders or Siege-Gang Commanders. And if you really really want to change things, go for Goblin Piledriver. (expensive)

Thanks for the reply! I used to have a set of lackeys and three instigators, but they're not that useful on later turns, unless you can remove blockers out from your way. Maybe I should try out some siege-gang commanders too, I've just tried to keep the mana curve as low as I can.

Firebreathing can be really good for these, especially for instigator. I'd also possibly recommend a reckless one--higher mana than anything in here, but it can help you end up swinging over those huge blockers.
