I got a deck that uses cards like Sleeper Agent and Forbidden Orchard to give my opponent creatures, does that count?

that depends. if you benefit from your opponent having a lot of spirits than surely that counts, if you just benefit of the mana than it's not really what i was looking for

Sleeper Agent is indeed a card i was thinking about, though i couldn't really come up with a decent way to use it as it's still 3/3 and does only 2 damage, so unless you're able to stop it from attacking or blocking it will either be an advantage for your opponent or it'll be dead pretty soon anyway because he uses it to block stronger creatures / tries to have it blocked by stronger creatures - However, that's exactly why i came up with the challenge, I'd be pleased to see how you can effectively use cards like Sleeper Agent

Well, the deck I use is a modified version of my deck 'Attack me, I dare you' ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=143232 ). The current version doesn't use red nor does it use Stuffy Doll (it costs too much mana)

I think you will find this deck most amusing. It has the capacity to win by giving people your stuff, however it also has the capacity to cause a loop which ends the game in a draw.

The second deck is a deck my friend has that effectively uses Sleeper Agent among other things as a win condition.

yeah i gotta say those decks are pretty awesome.
my favorite one so far is the one with the Sleeper Agent, that's hilarious
