EDH Challenge - Jhoira of the Ghitu

While trying to think of something to do for WnB's Doomsday challenge, I decided to try cards with suspend. In looking through the Time Spiral cards for suspend cards, I came across a legend I thought would be fun for a general in EDH - Jhoira of the Ghitu. So my challenge to you is to make an EDH deck with Jhoira of the Ghitu as your general.

Rules:
1) Have fun
2) Must follow all rules for EDH
3) Jhoira of the Ghitu must be your general.

I could have sworn Jhoira was banned at some point--everything I can find says she isn't now, but am I crazy for thinking that she used to be?

Well, lets see. A 3 cast general that can let you play any spell for :mana2: ? That mite be why you thought she was banned :p

I don't think she was ever banned but I agree that she's one of the most broken generals you can run.

I think she was for a very (like...1 week) short time, but then unbanned on the grounds that Zur is still around, and so -was- Erayo. Azami was banned for a short time too, then unbanned. Amazingly Zur has yet to go through a ban/unban cycle.

That's because there are people out there who decided that three colours wasn't quite douchey enough, and decided that four, or sometimes even all five would be necessary for how much hate the wanted to make everybody feel. :D
