Infect tends to work best with swarm tactics, giving them many threats to worry about, etc. Exalted focuses much more on beefing a single guy. I'm not saying it's impossible--in fact, if someone pulled it off well, it'd be pretty legendary--but I don't see the two mixing well.

Also, as for infect EDH, most of the people I know either A) play top-tier decks that can outrun an infect deck or B) have house-ruled EDH games, that take 20 poison counters instead of 10 for example.

It's a neat idea, but difficult, since you can only use the GWU infect or poison cards.

Definitely possible though - you could use virulent sliver and a sliver theme, with viral drake, triumph of the hordes, and spinebiter as your finishers. You could stretch the small number of good infect cards with copy effects, recursion, tutors... the main problem is that only spinebiter really works well with rafiq.
