Vish Kal

I'm having a litle trouble creating my EDH/Commander deck. The General I want to use is Vish Kal, Blood Arbiture. However, I am having a little trouble meshing the black and white cards.
1. The General MUST be Vish Kal.
2. MUST have Mortal Combat as one of the win conditions.
3. This is not required however if the design could work in crown, septer, and throne of empires it would be greatly appriciated.
4. the only tutors i have are liliana vess and diabolic tutor so try not to put a bunch of tutors in the deck.

This is my build it is very enchantment based but it has the empire trio, and mortal combat as a win condition, i did put in 2 other tutors but they help the flow of the deck.
