Deck Challenge: EXTREME Budget

Yeah. As the title says, this competition is to show off decks that are extremely cheap. So yeah, thats all there is to it!

RULES:
1) The deck must cost $25.00 or less, (commons are $0.25, uncommons are $0.50 and rares being worth whatever they are worth)
2) the deck has to be playable and have a chance at winning
3) creativity and originality are encouraged.

Is this challenge only limited to cards in Standard? And how is the cost calculated? For now, I have all commons and uncommons except basic lands under .25 and .50 calculated as those numbers, and as for more expensive ones as well as rares, I used the medium value.

This is a deck using evoke elementals with multiple bounce effects. Very fun to play with and extremely annoying to play against. Comes in at a little over 14 bucks

This deck is based off of killing off any creatures for blood artist to heal you and damage your foe, then when you get your demonlord you can hit like a truck with the limited number of creatures on the field it will go uncontested.

9-10 dollars

I haven't had many chances to play it yet, so the instants and sorcery numbers may change in the near future depending on what i have more use for and all that, but that is roughly where i want it.

fast direct damage,decent control and low mana cost.

browbeat would make this deck better but its a bit more expensive than the rest.

can win in the 5th turn for less then 10$
