suggestions....?

I Do alot of $15 and $20 commander decks for a budget restriction game that me a couple friends hold once a mounth. please post the names of some legendary creatures that's prices don't go over 3.50 and i will go build a deck i'm just looking for new ideas.

Either Niv-Mizzet, Ojutai Soul of Winter, Kolaghan the storm's fury, malfegor, bladwing the risen, omnath locus of rage.

I have a few under thirty dollars, not sure if this will work for you
