I know it is not a full deck, if you want throw in 55 cards that you Remove from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante. Play Black Lotus, get 3 green, spend 2 on Channel, pay 19 life, use mox emerald to have 20 floating. then use Mox Ruby to cast fireball for 20.

unfortunately there arnt enough of the remove without ante cards to fill the 55 other card slots
