I have been making a control deck for a while. This is the end result. You can attatch research and development to isochron scepter and use either ability for only 2 mana.

How can you defend yourself with only 4 creatures? My advice would be to increase the creature total to at least 8 and take some of the multiple spell cards down to 2. Or 3 if you like them.

With constant counter 4 creatures is enough. My friend has won several tournaments with a 2 creature deck. I would add in the new besieged card Horrifying revelation: It cost one black and its effect is target player discards a card and mils a card I have screwed several people over with this first turn and even late game.
