This is just a fairly standard Red Deck Wins, to make it budget, just take out the Chandra, Pyromaster, Boros Reckoners and Stormbreath Dragon for a play set of Ash Zealot in the mainboard. This would take it down to about $11 based on the low $50 based on the medium and $120 on the high. It cuts the cost in half, if you want to cut it even more you can remove the Chandra's Phoenixes and Ash Zealots for cheaper alternatives such Golbin Shortcutter and Legion Loyalist or more Magma Jets and Shocks. If you really want to compress the deck, you can take out the Chandra and the Stormbreath for two Firedrinkers and you could take out the Magma Jets for a Mountain and a Fanatic of Mogis. Recent Changes: Removed 2 Firedrinker Satyrs for 2 Purphoroses, I wanted to have a little bit more late games presence, also Purphoroses passive ability is amazing, I also wanted to be able to transition into Big Red if necessary.
To play this deck try to keep a hand that has at least one one drop, a couple two drops maybe three or four mana and possibly a finisher (Stormbreath or Chandra), as well as hopefully a three drop. As for the sideboard, Mindsparker is for Control or Spell Heavy Match Ups, Mizzium Mortars is for small creature removal or board wipe, and Act of Treason is for decks, like R/G Massive, when they only leave one blocker, so you can take it and attack all out unopposed, as for Skullcrack, you would use it vs any match up where they use lifelink to gain a ton of life, or even vs controls, you could take out lightning strikes because they don't have many creatures to burn, to help with the Sphinx's Revelation, and vs Turbofog if that even exists anymore.
