This is the craziest combo deck I have ever seen since legacy Oops all spells, but this one is for modern. The goal is to activate a Proteus Staff on one of your tokens. Since there are no creature cards in the deck, it will go through the whole library, and you literally get to rearrange the entire library. Put a Temporal Mastery on top, use what's left in your hand, then a Reforge the Soul, and then the next seven cards must include an Isochron Scepter, a Dramatic Reversal, a Banefire, and enough borderposts to make sure that you have three. The rest should be basic lands to make sure that you have enough mana and that you can cast any remaining borderposts. The Isochron Scepter with a Dramatic Reversal imprinted and three borderposts creates infinite mana. Then, use a Banefire X=infinity to win the game.
Your starting hand should include some boarderposts, and it is ideal to have the proteus staff and token spells. If not, some tutors are fine too.Your first turn you should play a boarderpost. The second turn you should have some tokens, or it's good if you have an Isochron Scepter with dramatic reversal imprinted. The next two turns should be playing and activating the proteus staff on a token. Rearrange the deck as needed, and win the game!
