Stupid conceptual deck, because it was a challenge to create a "subtle" red green deck. Based off deathtouch/first strike and direct damage
Basically, you want your creatures with deathtouch to inflict direct damage via Power of Fire or the Thornbite staff to destroy any other creature. Hexproof ? Well, just give 'em first strike so they can instant kill anything that is on the path. The icing on the cake, if possible, is colossal might + kindled fury : instant kill what blocks the path with the first damage, and all the rest goes to the player... Masks of Avacyn are not here only for decoration : as any deck based off creatures (like every green/red one, that's why I hate these colors :p ) they are pretty fragile... If you're scared to death about blue/black decks, or white control, you can add some Naturalize, or Sheltering Word.It's highly perfectible : if you got more deathtouch interesting creatures, just tell.

Well, i like the idea overall. But is creature-hate, you don´t have a strong strategy for decks that doesn´t depend on creatures. And you depend also a lot of Colossal Might to do heavy damage, Rancor could be a nice card to add. Hope it help, please comment my deck too, http://www.mtgvault.com/sieg021/decks/draw-go/

Rancor yup I thought about it (another one in the same style I like too is Fists of Ironwood, but I think if I want to go farther with this deck, I'll just put on some good ol' giant growth). I admit it's pretty weak against non-creature decks ; you can always attack with your creatures protected by hexproof/first strike, but anyway, if you're against a combo deck of some sort, you're pretty screwed ;) That's why I said it's a "just for fun" one.I admit too I'm more a black/blue player, so I tend to forget I have to kill my opponent really fast, more like I tend to build my deck thinking about defending myself :)
