I was going to build this deck around extort but I'll probably do that with another one.I designed this deck around the infinite life gain/loss loop. Everything is to help you do damage to so that you may start the loss of life of your opponents. by turn 6 you should be able to win if they don't kill your Vizkopa Guildmage or your Exquisite Blood
Suture Priest: makes it so your opponents have to choose which creatures they want to play because for every creature they play they will lose 1 life.Hold the Gates: Makes it so your creatures get +0/+1 for each gate you control and it gives your creatures Vigilance. So you can attack each turn and defend with your creatures and keep your opponent on the edge of their seat until you can play Vizkopa Guildmage and Exquisite Blood.Hold the Gates and High Priest of Penance will make it so you can keep your opponent wanting to kill that before he attacks because he doesn't want to lose anymore of his stuff and he's limited to what he has to play because of Suture Priest.Once you are able to get out Vizkopa Guildmage and Exquisite Blood all you need to do is activate Vizkopa Guildmage second ability (1BW: Whenever you gain life this turn, each opponent loses that much life.) play a creature and Impact Tremor will do one damage to each opponent and you'll gain 1 life from Suture Priest. Once one or both of those triggers happen, you have the infinite loop of life gain/loss happen and once your enemy hits 0 life you win the game.
