Y not swarm with infinate elves combo? Devoted druid + Presence of Gond + Coat of arms
Hurricane.... Wellwisher gets you to 21+ life With all of your mana gain... Hurricane for 20 damage Alternatly use it to stop flyers or just as a finisher. Also, have a look at alpha status.
Ya need 20 creatures to pull off mortal combat. Tho I like it.

could slim it down slightly by taking out an ambush commander. maybe try a copy of elvish promenade even tho you have the rhys in there. Maybe one less talara. Otherwise it looks like good fun.
Should be more about life gain. :) Extra feast of blood, what about vamp nighthawk? Door is fun tho dont think you need the portal, only because the cost of portal you can already play most of your vamps.

Yay elves. Good fun tho I think your deck needs more power. Try Rancor, and or timberwatch elf. Elvish champion (note the updated ruling on that card) Actually I made an elf deck too. Check it out and please comment.

I love the idea. I wanted to use piper for those high costing eldrazi too! :) Maybe less creatures that draw like Rhox and put in more bounce to keep throwing those visonary back, or to stall your opponents attacks.
I like it. Really fast. Consider AEther Figment, Noggle Bandit or Quest for pure flame?
