So i have been testing this and just working with it for a bit, and I love it. It works so well and it's pretty consistent, but read the bones is a dead draw once you have Prognostic Sphinx out so I added a Kalonian Hydra for fun and it can wreck in this deck due to having counters and hexproof. Good deck!

Ok, Update. I have been messing around with this so here is what i think would be great and what i have changed. I put read the bones back in it's useful but i also added a whip of erobos for life link and my my add a bow in the sideboard. I also replaced the golgari charms with simic charms and i am about to add some witch stalker. Other wise this has handled great and i love it!
