I think Rakdos is better than Exava here since you don't focus on only unleash. Plus you have a lot of creatures.

Sorry, I appear to be having troubles with my comments and there timings. This is how it was supposed to work. First you said "What if I replaced the Stab Wounds with Doom Blades when M14 comes out?" Then I said "How do you know Doom Blade will be out in M14???" Then I did a quick Google Search and found evidence supporting your claim to Doom Blade in M14. Then I said yes you should in response to putting in the Doomblades.

I'm Fine with every card in this deck except Servant of Nefarox. It should be 2 Vizkopa Guildmages or Essences Harvests or Tormented Souls or High Priest of Penances or Disciple of Bolas. You get the idea.

What do you think of Hidden Strings?

You could always put in disentomb.

I just made and tested my extort deck, one card that worked really well was Stab Wound.

You could just take it out, down to 62 cards. Or you could do Mizzium Mortars. Or you could stick in two more of anything you have two of.

Maybe you can sideboard Carnage Gladiator.

I'm not so sure about stab wound. Considering your creatures are going to be attacking a lot, your opponent will use their now useless creature to chump block. It's better than taking two damage every upkeep.
