Deck Description

Mono White Control

Works really well against Affinity. Haven't tried it against the new Eldrazi builds but I imagine it will perform similarly.

How to Play

Stay alive until you get an Isochron Scepter out with Dawn Charm (a silence works as well early in the game). Lock down the opponent and beat them with man-lands or a protected Magus of the Tabernacle (or Angel token). Do not rush this deck, it may feel a bit grindy but it is control not aggro. Take you time and do not do anything until you have free mana to protect your interests. Against really heavy aggro you will have to rely on the Dawn Charms. This deck requires finesse with manlands and the interactions of all the instants. Setting yourself up correctly without rushing is key.

Sideboard:
Biggest problems are Abrupt Decay, Stony Silence, Pithing Needle, Phyrexian Revoker, etc. Honestly Abrupt Decay and Krosan Grip are the biggest issue and are why I play Nevermore in my sideboard. The rest can be dealt with main board (Rebuff the Wicked, Spellskite, and Aura of Silence). I have Warping Wail to deal with Artifact and Enchantment board wipes (all are sorceries I believe). Exchange Oblivion Rings for Path to Exile if they are not creature heavy. Leyline of Sanctity gets added if they are running Burn or Mill, otherwise the two in mainboard should be enough.

Deck discussion for Silence is Charming

I would personally feel more comfortable with leyline of sanctity in the sideboard, but that's just me. is your meta heavy on burn?

Not too heavy but discard and burn fit into a lot of decks. Also, it cuts down on the "target player sacrifices" crap. So far I have not been aggravated to draw into one. I will keep that in mind as I play it.
