You're missing the best Saproling producing instant: Sprout Swarm. Also, some Thallids wouldn't hurt.Utopia Mycon let's you sacrifice Saprolings for mana.Psychotrope Thallid sacrifices Saprolings to draw cards. Elvish Farmer gains you life for sacrificing Saprolings. Depending on how deep into the Thallid idea you want to go, you may want to consider these:Thallid Thallid Shell-Dweller Sporesower Thallid Sporoloth Ancient

Ignoring the fungi idea, I'd replace Sprout with Sprout Swarm. It's a little slower, but it produces a lot more over time. Remember, you can convoke for the Buyback.

Have you considered Verdant Force and / or Verdant Embrace? A Saproling per upkeep, including the opponent's upkeeps, is pretty cool.
Verdant Force sounds cool!!..instead of?..in multiplayer will be awesome!..haha
