Also Tleung actually proves my point, if a deck is legit good, it doesn't matter what budget it is on, but once you know your shell is powerful you can improve on it, like with the mono-black I spoke about, I went into B/R for Dreadbore and Olivia Voldaren when I cannibalised Jund, can I have the list, I'd quite like to see where I would take it

I would say it works, so every single cantrip and the big one I think is missing is Remand, that is a win con with tutalage and saves the painter, I would play a green shell so you can search, possibly even that new black tutor, because it sets you up with 3 mana, to cast painter as soon as you do it and then thoughtseize before to check you're good to go
