Very true, just stick to one type - Aggro, Midrange or Control! Mixing tends to end very badly!
If I had them, I'd probably be playing Abzan in modern xD
If you have Black and White, you get Green for the Rhino, goyf and decay XD
So Abzan basically? Why illusions and not merfolk?

It does really tell about the site when I'm referred to as an expert of standard and modern... noooo I can only just take down an FNM in a particularly competitive city that is no way near expert, I'm not exactly GerryT, hey I would take the foil goyf over burst lightning xD

Most decks people are saying it makes no sense to build in budget, might as well just build up to a competitive and solid deck

Well actually it gave me the idea for my next article, so I'm slowly writing it! What's your standard archetype? I'll try and help you make it really awesome if you like!
To be fair with the decks not leaving for a while, some of mine are still there from the very start of my article writing, but to be honest, you're right, it was better when New was the main page, no idea why it changed!
Well legacy is really really expensive, I've been playing the same deck since KTK so only needed minor upgrades throughout the season, its best to try do that, experience can help you beat decks better than yours, because we can't all play Abzan!!
