A Deck based on Defender. i used One non Defender card to meet the challenge presented in the Deck Challenge section. I added a Sideboard and made some adjustments based on feedback. More comments are welcome.

Like the idea. I would drop the 2 holy days and add 2 more overgrown battlement. I would also drop the 2 pacifism and put in 2 more arrest, it's just a better card.

Why Spire Serpent? Not really going for metalcraft, so a 3/5 defender for 5cmc isn't great...I'd suggest some wall of tanglecord and maybe warmonger's chariot if you want to keep him, or possibly shoal serpent to replace him--1 mana more, but he's a 5/5 who will lose his defender a lot easier/more often.. Overall a pretty solid deck, though, and I love that you were able to keep it standard.

I would drop the 2 soulbound guardians and the 2 shoal serpents, for 4 plumeveil ( I think that's how it's spelled).
Well, That is a pretty good card. However, I was trying to make sure the deck maintained Standard. I'm pretty sure that using that card would violate that.
yeah your right about it not being standard, you didn't really say you wanted it standard. Well drop the 2 shoal serpents and put in 2 more wall of omens.
