I love tribal decks for less common creature types and themes. For its name sake Id remove the ant queens and up the hives and hornet queen to 4 each. With all of your manna ramp Id say you could scale back the forests a bit and add a second Coat of Arms. You could work in some Unyaro Bee Stings or sideboard them just for fun. There is also the exact same card renamed Bee Sting but its part of the portal set. Keep up the good work.
