Just like any storm deck you wanna play as many spells as possible and the drawing will help you get you ammo. paradise mantle on a blistercoil will always give you one mana to work with and to be honest, that's all you need in this deck. and blistercoil will get huge the more you play spells.

You're on the right track with a storm deck, but..For storm you need 16-18 lands. I'd say drop the Weirds and Mantles and go with your 4 fetches, 4 vents, 2 shivan reefs, 4 islands, 2 mountains. (16 lands, 2 cards free)You also want 4 Pyromancers' Ascension since this lets you double cast if it has 2 or more quest counters - not hard in storm. Drop Cerulean Wisps for those.Goblin Electromancers is also important so use those 2 spots you opened then drop your Quicken cards. (2 spots open)Drop Visions of Beyond and Peek for Pyretic Ritual and Desperate Ritual. This gives you more mana to keep your casting going.Then drop Grapeshot down 1 and add 3 Past in Flames (lets you keep your casting going)Basing this info off a bit of research I did from top 8 decks UR storm to help you out. Making those changes should make your storm deck much better off.

Thanks I wanted to make a different form of storm but also have another way of winning because leyline is sanctity is a thing. A long with witchbane orb and other cards.
Yah, Blistercoil storm is a different deck than ascension storm.But as for real criticism. You do need more lands. I would scrap a grapeshot, all 4 peeks, and SB the spell pierces. Then add land and 4 of the red cantrip that gives haste.
