Indeed your right. Added 2 Grimgrin and removed 2 black cats, since I dont need a creature for 2 mana coast. Grimgrin will work awesome with gravecrawler and secrets of the dead. or even to sacrifice geraf messenger. Thanks bro.

put some chalice of life, so you will have another way to finish.
you need faithless looting. also, drop some past in flames to maybe 2 and add some slagstorm or whipflare in your main deck (too many tokens this days) also, think about some mental misstep to counter graftdigger cage, or maybe ratchet bomb. Update some results of your tests. Thanks!
I would splash into red just for bitterheart witch + curse of Bloodletting + inferno titan = 6 dmg at first time it comes to play, and with your mimic vat, you can also pay 3 and do 24 dmg (12 direct, 12 blockable) if you get to that late game. Also, dont think you need 4x of each creature, since you will dig for them with your pod, So you can put some acid slime, and other creatures like Mikaeus to get some more flexibility to situations with ur deck. Give us some reports if you test it.
Gotta love decks that use Havengul Lich. Check my deck out. Its not combo focused, but pretty consistent. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=298462 it uses Lich, Snapcaster, but splash into red for burning vengeance. (no, its not priest+heartless+devils play deck - trying to make a different focused one). So each time you summon your snapcaster, you draw twice (secrets of the dead), and you damage twice (burning Vengeance). Grats on your deck,

Help with Tips. The idea would be like spend early turns to play some delver or discard, or mill mid game ou should be able to place your burning vengeance or secrets of dead. late game you can control and lay some lich if you confirm he has no counter/removal (despise) next turn your lich is on table and you have some decent mana... every time you summon anything from grave, you should draw a card and remove a criature or deal damage, this way you keep table and card advantage. Top problem I think would be Graftdiggers cage.
