Narset was one of my first legendary creatures that I ever bought. She had just arrived from the Khans block and my first decklist for standard was Jeskai. I didn't know how to build her back then, and when competitive turns lists started popping up I decided that I didn't want to play that way. So I waited until her hype died down a bit to put together this list. Don't worry about the lands themselves, I just liked the aesthetic of fancy lands. What matters here is the deck. Narset doesn't do well in a creature heavy deck, so I did my best to play as few as possible without having zero. I don't intend on them being the actual win conditions, but I figured they could help guard what I really wanted- the Planeswalkers. This is a Walker-heavy list that wants to squeeze value out of free casts. It also has several deck filters and some neat interactions. The goal here is to filter the top of your library as much as possible to draw out the cards that you want in your hand, then to attack with Narset to free cast anything else in your deck and provide support from your hand. Yes, it is possible to whiff hard, but every combat you should be able to cast something and hopefully it will be impactful and interactive.
Trust me, this one is Narset heavy. But filtering is your top priority when she hits the field- you absolutely MUST make sure that your library has as few dead cards on top of it as possible. Filter into value, then free cast your value, and cast from your hand on the second main phase. The deck is very much about attacking first and answering issues on the stack second.
