The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

use confusion in the ranks or twilight drover to win games. the interaction between elemental mastery and twilight drover is awesome once it gets to its second go, and other cards like giant baiting and mimic vat also work well with it. the problem is consistency and speed so suggestions and comments would be much appreciated.

Deck discussion for More confusion

i suggest using man-lands that way they aren't creatures when ur opponents summon, but can become them in order to block for u

normally i would agree, but this deck really needs to have it's lands come into untapped. i appreciate the advice anyway.

To buy some time you could get a "free" turn with Silence/Orim's Chant. You could also add more burn to keep the battlefield clean.

I would think about maybe some Darksteel Relics for stealing their artifacts. Also, a good combo with confusion in the ranks would be shroud--it would allow you to keep them from stealing specific creatures you want to keep. Also Goblin Assault is fun with Twilight Drover. Good luck!

was thinking about shroud but not sure how to do it. as for the darksteel relics, i'm not totally convinced that i need to steal artifacts. on the goblin assults, i think your right about them, i'll add them in right now.

With the shroud, Lightning greaves would be good if you want to spend the money, if not, I like Favorable Destiny and Rebuff the Wicked (insta-shroud, basically). As for the artifacts, I was more thinking sideboarding the darksteels in case you're playing against an artifact deck, or a deck you know has an artifact you might really want to steal.

oddly enough, rebuff the wicked was in my first confusion in the ranks deck. i took them out b/c the people i play with and the store i go to don't use a much removal. lightning grieves sound useful enough so i'll add them in.

Rapacious One could be a fun one with Mimic Vat so that you can keep producing more stuff easily and it helps mana.

Also Skirk Prospector could be useful with Goblin Assault.

rapacious one was a contender for a spot in the deck, but his mana cost is really restrictive. skirk prospector seems good, so i'll test him.

One thing that I did in my confusion deck that made it a lot faster was puitting in glitterfang. It's really nice because it only costs one red and will return to your hand before your next turn.
