Norin has a very unique ability which makes him look, at first glance, useless. When you combine this useless ability with something that benefits you from it - well now you've got yourself an engine going.Lock down your opponents with Winter Orb, Static Orb, Smokestack and others while generating value with Norin and cards like Genesis Chamber and Pandemonium/Warstorm Surge.To further on those last two cards mentioned, Imagine having Norin out with Ronin Warclub, Hero's Blade, and Obsidian Battle-Axe (not likely, but lovely). You play a spell or attack with Norin and trigger his ability, then at the end of turn you can deal 9 damage to a creature or a player. Don't forget you can do this every turn as long as someone casts a spell or attacks.
