try adding Defense of the Heart. My friend has a sliver deck, and that card has served him more than very well every time he has used it

Heartstone + Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen = Infinite Slivers

Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen + Another Sliver= Infinite Slivers And With the overlord I can pull any part of that out of my deck except the Echoes.
I could also do Basal Sliver/Ashnods Alter, Heart Stone, And Queen, But i Found Mana Echoes to be best so far for my deck. Thanks for the suggestion though.
