How good is this deck in play? I want to build a modern deck and junk is my legacy deck so I've been looking at BWG lists and wanted to see the best one, this one looks really solidI don't know much about modern so I'm not sure how a deck like this would fare in the modern meta

You should include a few basic lands as well as noble hierarchYou can cut down on the number of stoneforge mystic, especially since the batterskull is sided, the point of maverick is to be the aggro deck, not the control deckI honestly don't like oblivion ring, such so that I would not run a single one, not even in the sideAdditionally, you should get a dark depths and a thespian's stage to make that sick marit lage tokenFor the side, naturalize isn't an amazing card, especially since you have 2 copies of pridemage, you might as well be running a few more pridemages or maybe even a harmonic sliverAlso, you don't really need more lands in the side if you have basics in the mainBojuka bog is a good sideboard land, thoughHope that helped

Can I suggest changing the colors to U/W for mikaius and some removal This deck looks fairly weak, but it could do work if it could just hold off some creatures for longer
Put in a few BIRDS OF PARADISE I know they're getting kicked out in a month or so, but come on, it'll be worth it when you kick butt at FNM and then just crucify people with endless swarms of zombies You might also want to add some life gain with disciple of bolas or something
You should run the phyrexian firebreather I don't remember the name of it, but the fling combo could squeeze itself into here
It's banking on winning by turn 4ish Sure, you could pay for counters late-game, but I would have plenty of better things than counters
