Not even close to best elf deck..

Deck is really slow..You have no way of drawing or picking cards, not even lands, which means all you can do is 1 land a turn(if drawn) and then you can summon like 4-5 elves by round 3-4.My point is,even if you had mana(through untapping) to summon as many elves as you want ,best you can do is summon your whole hand. And assuming you only draw 2 lands for PoT,that leaves 6 creatures tops for turn 3.You cant use JW and summon all of them so your most powerful scenario is IM in those 6 creatures, which means 1x7/7 elf in turn 3 and 5x1/1 or so..That's no even 20 life.So your elf deck's most RARE/best potential scenario is a victory at round 4.Of course if the enemy has even 1 creature down by round 3 you cant deal damage to life with that 7/7 elf, which means ..well you lost already..

Plus you seem to be focusing an awful lot on spell counter and you say best elf deck.Maybe call it best anti-counter elf deck.Cause if you try to beat a random deck with this one you'll have 6 useless cards and that does not make for a best deck.Believe me you can add a lot of cards to improve deck all around, you're not exactly free to focus on its weaknesses.Try adding those cards to sideboard and see you can make the core better.

If you want to talk about BESt elf deck check this one out:http://www.mtgvault.com/EditDeck.aspx?DeckID=396243&DeckCardID=9549297

Talking of best/rarest scenario, this one can summon 27 elves with 10/10 trample on round 2.If not round 2,then certainly by round 5.So we're looking at 27 10/10 trample elves vs 1 7/7 and 5 1/1,at round 5.I think anyone can see which elf deck is better.

Did not really check all of the cards.Unless you have a way to summon specific cards, this deck is too random. You muust have around 50 different cards in there,so that means you probably have no strategy.Need something to have your deck based on.

Correct me if I am wrong, because seriously I don't have the willpower to go through 50 cards.

This is not deadly infect my friend sorry to tell you.The point of an infect deck is to summon cheap creatures with infect and boost them so that if one attack passes through you win the game.Get what i mean?you attack on the second round with a plague stinger, opponent is like w/e 9/10 left. Then you use spells to get him to 6/6 10/10 or so and you win, believe me I have played against them.

If you wanna make a slow infect deck where you summon creatures and all..reconsider it..your opponent has 10 health for you, isn't that a hint for you to hurry?

My suggestion is get rid of all those random cards and all those cards that you intend to summon after 4-5 rounds like skythirix or noxious hatchling.ALso get rid of creatures that give +1/+1 to infects.Instead of w8ing for counters to drop or summoning warchief like creatures use instants that are like 'gives +/+ to target".

Also some general advice.Have your decks based on certain cards, that means a specific strategy.Use 4 of those cards so you get em early on ( probably).A deck with too many x2 x1 is too random and ineffective.Inthis case i suggest 16-20 cheap infect creatures and 12-16 instant boosters. Then some mana and utility. Not an expert on infect decks but I know a buddy who owns em(and challenges my elves :O).

Good luck.

Wanting to get your decks to be tournament worthy is fine but it's not that simple. For example a pure life gain deck is really hard to be so well-rounded.

You are very open to fast decks. There are infect decks that can win the game by round 3.There are elf decks that can summon 30 elves in round 3-4 and win no matter your life. And many more fast decks. All you can do by round 3 on the other hand is get 3 lands down and summon a planeswalker or gain 1 life...

The other thing about life gain decks is they dont really have a winning strategy.Your goal is to gain as much life as possible. But how do you intend to win?Summoning all your angels and attack?that would take 20 rounds.Serra avatar?7 rounds.Cat tokens?8 rounds. What you are probably thinking is that you can last many rounds cause your life will be high. But be sure that if you let a tournament deck do its job w/o any interruption or pressure you will either take a 2k life attack at round 5 or face some jin-jitaxis like creature at round 3.So goodbye victory.

My siggestions:Find 1 way you want to win in.AoJ and EA are too random cards, try replacing them with cheap angels/defenders.4 serra avatars is useless.Find a card that gives serra trample and use 2-3 or maybe find a card that summons/brings to hand a white creature and use 1 only. You never want 4 70/70 creatures down.Spending 7 mana on a second avatar means you have no mana to gain life, which could make your 1st avatar go +30/30.Plus you dont want her in you initial hand, that sucks.

That's about it.

This deck is really random man.You wanna use zombies but you have no real zombies in the deck(warchief etc). You wanna discard but you have no way of getting cards in your hand other than draw phases. You wanna reanimate but you only have buried alive other than discard,to get creatures in the graveyard(not even entomb??).You have 26 sources of mana which is a huge amount especially for such a deck that needs you to skip cards fast. And even if you got to reanimate something, your choices are poor other than jin-tan sheildred and grisel.

My suggetions:Use 4 entombs, replace buried alive if you see fit.Use four dark rituals and about 15 swamps,no BWs.Bog witch imps and zombie infestation are useless, try them in a pure zombie deck and you'll be on the right path.Lastly doomed necromancers can be replaced by more mana efficient cards,

Check my reanimate deck if you want some ideas, especially on the creatures you are aiming to reanimate:

Although you seem to look at many things to win the game, the combinations you can make with flamekin harbringer+soulstoke are amazing.

I think you should focus on one of two though: either add trample and strengthen creatures like nova chaser and hellspark elemental and go for full use of that 1 round they'll be alive or forget all tramples and go for cards like fling.I suggest you replace fling cause I see it as a random card that kind of fits in..if you ever get it it's cool but it'snot like you're counting on it.

Great deck all around.
