Yes... Yes... This look looks like a decent sacrifice Golgari. You have all three of those creatures that just keep coming back from dead.
Except, this deck lacks cards which allow you to sacrifice creatures. They seem to be all in the sideboard.

Well, one of the best cards for this situation is Innocent Blood. Cheap, annoying and effective removal. Another idea could be some cards like Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar, if you are willing to step out of modern.
Fleshbag Marauder is pretty handy modern saccer. Also cheap.

Not feeling vengevine I get he comes back but maybe look at harvester of souls nice big body, death touch, and some much needed card draw. Killing wave instead of nec stockpile due to not all creatures you have are zombies could work well to wipe the board and bring back you creatures from the grave. If you have Jared in hand wipe your board then play him for the finish!
