This deck is built around the proliferate mechanic. This deck also has no poison or infect in it. Some of the lands sort of suck unless you use proliferate. Then most of them either provide 2 colored mana per turn or 1 mana of any color. Go for crazy mana ramp with everflowing chalice, then pump that mana into a profane command or a protean hydra.
