Deck Description

I recently looked at another user's deck. He had a lot of Wurm spawning token cards. That gave me an idea. Why not make a wurm deck? Focus on tokens and populate, but have all the cards in there benefit wurms or the wurm tokens. Smart right?

How to Play

This deck is not meant to be played 1v1. It is a very slow moving deck, much like the wurms you spawn. The deck can be easily aggro'd late game, but early game, use your wits and cunning to point out other players as stronger and more threatening to you. Use that blue power for a W/G deck!
Poop out tokens and huge wurms to eat your opponents life totals. Populate for even more wurms!

Deck discussion for World Eaters (Modern)

I'm trying to find ways to speed up the deck, but I can't think of any off the top of my head. Help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would advise moving those mystics from side to main, replacing your voracious wurms. Only thing that gains you life in this deck would be trostani, and you mentioned you needed to be faster. Only other thing I could mention at this moment is temple garden, although they are quite expensive and it seems your keeping this budgetyishnesserest

Honestly, the only reason I don't have Temple Garden in here is because I won't be doing anything turn 1. And after turn 1, my Sunpetal Groves can come in untapped due to a forest or plains coming down, or itself. Voracious Wurm is for early defense. I could maybe remove the Novablast to the sideboard and move the mystics in to the mainboard.

I would suggest switching out the voracious wurms with either Llanowar elves, or manaweft slivers. Help speed up the mana ramp. Or both voracious and worldspine wurm. Bring the ramp up, and the curve down at the same time!

The Voracious Wurms are there for low drop defenses or late game low drop big creatures, if I have Trostani out. I took out the Worldspine Wurms and threw in some Rampant Growths to try and speed up the mana ramp and drop the curve a tiny bit.
How does it look now?

Only thing else i would suggest is maybe finding a place for some things like pacifism, help slow down the other player early game, or take out blockers late game when you have the creatures. Lot of fun stuff comeing out for theros that you could put in here, but i will wait until it's released before i put any of those down XD.

If you can find things to take out of the deck, I will add a few Pacifisms or other removal spells to help the deck grow a bit faster.
