I love budget decks. I think you have some better cost to card choices though. For instance the Rancor's you have make up over half your budget. That is pretty harsh. I would consider scrapping those and maybe some of your equipments in favor of some cards that will keep you alive. Sure you can ding them for unblock-able damage, but you cant defend yourself either. So the opponent will just swing at you with all they got. I recommend Fog to keep them from swinging on you too much. Also your mana curve is super low; which is awesome, but I personally think you could get away with fewer lands. Personally in this I would put about 20. Otherwise, I like where you went with this. I think I may just "borrow" some of the ideas here.

Too much equipment, i thought. You have nothing to defense a boardwipe cards Add more a set of creatures > Add some Big creatures that can stop your opponent's creature wave such ass Wurmcoil Engine > and some expensive CMC equipments. Such as Batterskull , Swords of ....... > Lifelink Equipments bcuz you have NO defensive cards, you're taking full damage from opponent's Aggro decks > Livewire Lash is good here in your deck with Vine of Vastwood and Gaint Growth Avacyn's Collar make your unblockable creature vigilance and can defense you from opponent's creatures > Buried Ruin
Thanks for the help, I've changed it up a bit. I'm pretty sure I've addressed the big concerns, but if anyone as something to add I would be pleased to hear it.
Ok, Now I think you don't have enough creatures lol. At 8 creatures, odds say you will catch a creature every 7.5 cards. If it isn't invisible stalker, then they can kill it off and you're stuck drawing till you find a new creature. Bonesaw wont help you much here; livewire lash isn't super useful with your limited spells either. I would scrap both. Inquisitors flail is ok with hexproofed creatures, but may get you into trouble with a board damage effect. Fireshrieker costs 1 more, but doesn't have the drawback.
