I'm thinking about adding Desperate Ritual to this deck or maybe to the sideboard to have more mana.

So I removed Liliana and put vraska in the main board. That's just a solid idea.
Not sure why I need Liliana when I have Journey to Eternity to return things from my graveyard anyways.

I liked having Overcome, but I think you're right.
It's slow and probably only fits in the Merfolk matchup. So i'm going to keep it in the sideboard.

Not sure why you're running Blinding Fog instead of Heroic Intervention.
I guess it protects you from Hour of Devastation but i mean that's a niche card.
And it still doesn't protect you from things like Settle the Wreckage.

Might want to run [[Scarab Feast]] instead of [[Deadeye Tracker]] still not sure...
