The Megrim/Underworld Dreams combo is deadly. Some constructive criticism would be either take out Kagemaro, First to Suffer or Demon's Jester or both. They do not go well together at all and in my opinion neither is necessary in this deck. Replace them with either Cephalid Looter, Cephalid Broker, Lumengrid Augur, or Words of Waste or up the number of Lore Brokers and Underworld Dreams in your deck. I really like the deck, especially the use of Wheel and Deal and Windfall, but besides Megrim you have no way of dealing damage. I'd take a few of the Oppressions and Bottomless Pits (cards that effect you as well as your opponent) and put in either some creatures or Underworld Dreams so that Wheel and Deal and Windfall hit your opponent both coming and going.
