Im guessing you see the point. Rampant and Birds for mana acceleration, than asap throw out Underworld dream and start making your opponent draw. Spiketail and Propaganda to help if something nasty comes out or as blockers. Iknow this deck could be improved so any help would be awesome

Wheel of Sun and Moon is pointless, unless there's something I'm missing. Arcane Denial would be good, since the won't want to be drawing. If you're willing to add a fourth color, Cerebral Vortex would be devastating.

wheel of sun and moon lets you recyle your cards... I think this deck is uber sweet
Yeah wheel is just in case they can stall long enough to try and mill me out. Its also in there cause i was thinking of running thought reflections and then donating them to my opponent to speed up their drawing. I prolly could work in Vortex with the birds and Vivid lands as the mana source
