Manacrypt is Restricted. Sol Ring is Restricted, and Lotus Petal is Restricted in Vintage. Neither Sol Ring nor Manacrypt are playable in Legacy so it has to be Vintage.

not bad especialy when you use manabarbs with the fact that you have no lands. so thumbs up and also check out my sadistic annihilation deck.
Try mana vault and maybe a chrome mox. Check out a deck i posted called Zero, maybe you could get some ideas. Also Wild cantors (rg) could work well with the pitch mana creatures you use.
