This deck started out originally when I saw the card Villainous Wealth, and immediately decided I wanted a deck I could play it in. It has devolved/evolved from there into its current form. This is not, however, even it's final form. Advice on how to make this as mean as possible is always welcome.
I generally ramp, draw, and tutor until I can play Deadeye + Peregrine Drake and an X spell, countering threats as necessary.
