I agree, Take out the Vamp Lacerators and put in Bloodhast.
I also suggest throwing in some Terramorphic Exspanse to speed it up

I am more likely to take out 2 more lands than put ghast in. he just doesn't have enough power for 2 mana. To me, Cull blade is a bad Guul Draz and child of the night is in the same boat as ghast.

Captivating Vampire would be a good choice in this deck, pumping up your cheap vampires for more damage, so they can even get bigger when the other player drops past 10. I'm questioning Contaminated Ground though, I don't really see any real need for this in this deck only mild damage (by choice) I would see if you gave your creatures swampwalk and used it to make them unblockable but other then that, there really isn't much need for it.

in my area BUG and manlands in general are very popular. Contaminate ground hurt BUG's ability to generate the correct mana and it makes manlands into nothing more than a swamp. Against a 1 or 2 colored deck it at worst deals 2 damage and at best delays the other player by a few turns.

Captivating vampire might be a bit above my manacurve.

Yeah, that is true, I think I would run it sideboard then (incase there playing black) I do like your thinking with it, it does it's job well, but still colorless land or (swamp) is still land even if it cost the other player 2 life by choice. You may want to add Nighthaze, giving Nantuko Shade swampwalk then pumping up doing some serious damage, plus drawing a card is very helpful.

that is true, though it seems like it would be either in the maindeck or cut altogether.

Minor Update.
Refined hand disruption to 6 total in the main deck and 4 in the sideboard and changed around what I use as well as changed my creature removal a bit.

i think this looks really great, and i was going to make one myself when new phyrexia is released. but u seem to be missing a few magor things: Bloodghast, Dark Tutelage, and death's shadow. once those are put in, this deck could become a force to recon with.
hope i helped!

when playing I never ever feel like I need draw. At turn three, the absolute best time to drop Tutelage, I always have something better to play.

Bloodghast doesn't feel like it really fits. My land count is a bit too low for him.

Death's shadow was in the main deck but was cut to the sideboard. He is great for me against RDW and Kuldatha but that is about all.
