Why dissipate? Why not a cheaper spell that counters creatures? And why no vigean hydropon???
I use dissipate so that if i can successfully counter an annoying spell, i can get rid of it forever. :)
Ok but what if they have multiple copies of it in the deck? Seems a bit unnecessary to me
This is why I have 4 dissipates... i dunno just seems better than cancel cuz then i get an exile bonus

I have / had a vigean hydropon, it didn't do much of anything in my counter decks
I'm just saying that for the mana cost and the number of counters it has, I would find a spot in here for a few
I don't have vigean hydropon because all it seems to do is just put counters on creatures. It cant attack or block. It just has an okay ability
