if you use rofellos id also use staff of domination since it can create and infinite loop for mana and do other stupid stuff

Sol Ring is cheap now since it was remade, I picked mine up for 5, also doubling season since it doubles tokens and +1/+1 counters on your guys
Or you could go red blue control burn which can be really nasty if properly built
For this deck it seems to me like you are trying to do a little bit too much with it, it has a good ramp to it, a solemn simulacrum or two will greatly increase your mana potential and draw power. Im not a fan of lava axe due to the cost or geth's verdict,replace the verdicts with doom blades. Another alternative is to go mono red and make it a burn deck which you will need 3 koth, slagstorm, and some other stuff to help if you want me to i can give you a type 2 mono red burn deck list to help you out
I personally prefer Tezzeret, Servant of Bolas in 60 card decks since his +1 is like a ponder plus 2, and his -4 is really scary in artifact based decks
I would still use rofellos, hes not as slow as he seems, i mean he recently got banned as a general for how good and fast he is
and maybe joraga treespeaker so your tokens produce mana too
since iona and the whole reanimator shut you down why not side wirewood channeler and maybe a plague wind or two
and add about 6 lands you want close to 40 lands in edh
oh and a rofellos cuz he can make stuff get stupid really quick, then maybe a sheoldred, damnation, plaguewind, oblivion stone, and all is dust just so you have board wipes, and if you want to protect yourself from your board wipes then use mycosynth lattice and darksteel forge which will make your guys indestructible. but there is a lot of other things iid do but it is very good for a first edh deck
you should add a liliana vess and a garruk primal hunter, the liliana so you can use her -2 ability to search out oracle and imperious perfect and garruk to swarm 3/3 beasts and potentially 6/6 wurms. also a sol ring, and it may sound weird but a pestilence to combo with your vigor to make your guys rediculous, and kamahl, fist of krosa and a overun, maybe a gaea's anthem just so your guys get rediculous. then id also use a parallel lives to double your elf token out put.
you are playing too many slivers for one, you need to add some board wipes, tutors, the panoramas and the ravnica dual lands. I would also suggest to not using the sliversmith since in edh you always want to have cards in your hand. I would also use some recursion cards such as reanimate, zombify, oversold graveyard, and also a patriarch's bidding to bring all your slivers back. a mirari's wake would also make a great addition to this deck, ill post a build and let you take a look at it which should give you some ideas for what a sliver edh deck should look like.
