If you're playing mill, for the love of GOD play archive traps. They are awesome, you'll probably never have to play their casting cost. Run 4 of them. Also Hedron Crabs instead of the hatchlings.. Play them with fetch lands and terramorphics. And don't play haunting echoes, play leyline of the void, or Borjuka Bogs. Maybe even play wall of frost instead of the gorger.
Yeah, I agree, theres no reason to play the fetch-lands unless you're playing two colors, which you aren't. And if you're playing dark tutelage, you should play crystal ball as well.
Butchers are absolutely horrible. If you want to make people sac stuff, run gatekeepers of malakir instead. Even Anowon would be better, and he's only a 5 drop instead of 7. You have a really high mana curve, and theres alot of good vampires that are 2 or 3 drops. You should check out Vampire Hexmage, Bloodghast, and Captivating Vampires. They're all good vamps and could really speed your deck up. And for the love of god, get rid of rend flesh for doomblade, its basically the same card for one mana less. Consuming vapors is also worth a look. And personally, if I were running a planeswalker in Vampires, i would go for Sorin Markov.
You play nighthawks if you're going for vampires. Gatekeepers of Malakir are one of the better vampires too. You might want to think of running Hexmages as well, its one of the few planeswalker killers left, plus, its a good card in itself.
You should probably run Garruk.
If you're not worried about being standard, you can alwoys hit up some test of endurance or celestial convergence. Eternity vessel could be intriguing as well. Ajani's pridemate could also be a good add.
Elvish pipers are always cool. Pipe out an eldrazi for one mana.
