Nice deck. Personally I would skip the planeswalkers and exchange them for some fetch/search or counter cards.

A really well constructed deck! The only thing I can think about is dropping the seismic strike and add up some shocks.

I agree and there are only 52 cards in the deck.
Besides the mana curve is pretty steep.

Seems you've got quite a lot of mana, but the deck has few possibilities to spend it. Try to include the X casting cost spells (like red burn spells) or you'd might add up a Helix Pinnacle or two. Joraga is definitly a another good way to use all the mana ;-)

I like your idea for the Mill/control theme, but I think you should add more creatures. Brine Elemental and Fathom Seer are suitable cards for your deck ;-)

Nice deck +1. Lose the Mind Sludge tough. You're not playing discard, You might exchange it for a bigger Vampire creature.

The Feral Hydra could migt be a nice creature to add.

Traproot Kami can be a cheap addition to your deck for basic defence and the Budoka Gardener is quite fun too. I've made a simulair deck. Check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=41444

I might exchange Urza's armor for a Stuffy Doll ;-)

Megrim should be in the standard deck, instead of the sideboard.
Replace the Cloak and Dagger with Cover in Darkness

Nice deck though.. +1

This is what I found:

10/1/2008: It doesn't matter whose graveyard the permanent is put into as long as an opponent controlled it when it last existed on the battlefield.

Too big, too many singles and little strategy. If you like decay and growth, please check: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=41563

+1 Nice work. You might add a little mana ramp.

Still looks a little unbalanced to me, inspite of the mana ramp. You might add some manaproducing creatures to jumpstart your mana.
