Lots of interactions here. Key importance is this: Isochron Scepter can be used on any 15 Instant cards.Stifle + Eater of Days. Cast Stifle when you play Eater of Days and you no longer lose 2 turns. So, for 5 mana you get a 9/8 Trample creature. Stifle + Jokulmorder. Cast Stifle when you play Jokulmorder and you no longer lose 5 lands. Dream's Grip + Jokulmorder. Cast Dream's Grip to untap Jokulmorder. Cemetery Puca + Jokulmorder. Say you don't Stifle Jokulmorder, instead you can: have Cemetery Puca in play, cast Jokulmorder and choose not to pay the 5 lands. Jokulmorder goes to your graveyard, and you now pay 1 colorless to turn Cemetery Puca into Jokulmorder. You do not lose the 5 lands. Quest for Ula's Temple +Brainstorm. Put Brainstorm on Scepter to repeatedly make sure the top of your library has a creature on top. Ula's Temple will cheat in, very quickly, your Leviathans. Counterspell, Whelming Wave, and Dream's Grip can all be used to slow down your opponent. *********************************************************************************Sample Turns:Turn 1. Nice deck, well put together. Love the Eater of days, had 4 copies a few years ago in a suspend deck and Ive rarely had a more fun deck since! +1

Another thought, would Djinn Illuminatus be better than the scepter? Or as well as! Its a solid creature and grants replicate to your spells which can get pretty disgusting.
