In Duals it is extremly hard to win. In two headed Giants or Multiplayergames it oftens works really good. The Problem is to find cards that are good against creatures and cheap enough to draw a card. If you have any ideas to make it better let me know it. ^^
bone to ash is a nice card. it returns a creature your opponent controls to their hand and you draw a card. drawback is you have to return one to your hand as well.
also though it is a slightly more expensive card Jace Beleren would work to draw both you and your opponent cards each turn.
