I would take out Urborg, and replace it with Cabal Coffers. Also, I think you should add in Corrupt as well as Exsanguinate. You have a lot of cards that cause you to pay life, but nothing to really replenish it. With all of the mana ramping, you want Exsanguinate to really hurt all of your opponents, and gain life. It is a win-win.

I think u need more infect creatures 10 creatures in edh just isn't enough then id add volrath's stronghold
