umm, is it just me or is ponder worthless when you already know what the next card will be?... instead of drawing the ponder you would have drawn a relentless rat- so any card that lets you draw ONE card in a deck like this is basically useless... Cards like Divination are better used here. ( and i see you have Foresee but your just paying the extra mana for the card draw since the scrying is probably not going to do much for you).

Agreed- odd how this one gets so many likes compared to the many other Relentless Rat decks... must have posted it at the right time or something... Boring
There are also some very important New Phyrexian cards in there that i think you should try to use.

uh, why is it called a black Artifact infect if there aren't any artifacts involved?...
I would add a couple more spells that can give the quick -1 -1 counters- such as puncture bolt.

I can see the chain effect you could get with that but i don't entirely think it would help this deck much. Also- I can get the same effect but better with Cinder pyromancer if I felt I needed a card like that in this deck.
