this needs megrim and liliana's caress. Once you get your commander/general out and start pumping his ability, those enchantments play right into his ability.

Pretty awesome. Sheoldred works well for this too. She can help revive Crosis from the graveyard for free instead of having to pay the extra cost for General Zone summoning. I'd swap the Shimian Specter for the Scythe Specter from Commander, as it's an EDH deck and your opponent is not likely to have copies of cards anyway. Scythe Specter can hit everyone, though play it wisely as it will draw hate.
