If win condition is infect, why bolts + Creeping Tar Pit? Sure you can bolt some small creatures, but is bolt + slagstorm really worth adding in an entire color? Just a thought. You could replace those for some more black or blue removal as it would help with the consistency in your deck, if you really feel you need it. Perhaps more infect creatures would be more effective though.

I would take out cards like Consume Spirit and Child of Night, in favor for things that assist your win condition. Perhaps more removal, and more copies of Liliana Vess. Thoughtsieze yea, but assuming you don't have an extra 80 dollars to get a set of 4, upping duress number to 4 could help. If you do have enough for thoughtsieze opt out of Nightmare Incursion. Better yet just opt out of Nightmare incursion for some damagers or draw power, it really doesn't add to your win condition.

Sign in Blood > Blood Seekers might be an option to look into, this deck looks really good, but might need some speeding up.

Yea I thought about Bloodthrones, but in order to play at the same speed, I would only really have my Gatekeepers to take out. As for the Demonic Appetite, I'm actually curious would anyone say Demonic Appetite > Blade of the bloodchief? I tried to steer away from enchants cause they are kind of fragile but I'm still open to changing this deck. I'm kind of happy with the Viscera Seer/Sign in Blood for speed, but perhaps if I put in the Consuming vapors, it could allow me to be more loose with my life, and possibly put in some vampire lacerators.... I don't know haha, all I know is I am very excited to be making vamp decks, they seem really fun.
